Meet Your Doctors
As a Crete native, Dr. Taylor Phipps was first introduced to chiropractic care at age 3 while suffering chronically with allergies and sinus issues that were resolved with care. Going to the chiropractor was a regular event in his house hold to help keep everyone healthy. Being raised in an environment of holistic care and helping others, he has become driven to help families live their best lives. For Dr. Taylor, nothing is bigger than LIFE.
Born in and raised in Nebraska, Dr. Mary Phipps decided to pursue her career in chiropractic after her health changed. With chiropractic care, she was able to let go of her previous diagnoses and medications to start living a better, more holistic life. Realizing she could share the extraordinary power of the body’s healing capacity with others, she made it her mission to study + share the power of chiropractic. Today she has a particular passion for serving women in the preconception, prenatal, and postpartum phases of life— along with their children, helping them live the life God designed for us.
Dr. Taylor and Mary are certified in the Perinatal Webster Technique, multiple upper cervical techniques and tonal adjusting. Dr. Mary is a BIRTHFIT leader + has completed the Spinning Babies® basic workshop.
You were fearfully + wonderfully created. Your family deserves to live that way!
More Quality Sleep
Less stress on the nervous system allows your body to get into rest mode. One of the most frequent changes reported under regular care is improvement in sleep for oneself and/or their children!
Most digestive issues (in children + adults) impact other areas of health! A well-functioning nervous system contributes to the resolution of acid-reflux, constipation + many other digestive issues in babies, children as well as, adults!
A child's brain is the most rapidly developing organ. In fact, 90% of neurological development is completed within first 6 years of life. Adjustments have been shown to help support proper brain development + impact the trajectory of a child's overall, lifetime health!
Improved Mental Health
Chiropractic has the power to impact the source of mental health issues by changing the way your brain works. Click here to see how.

Neurologically Based Care
Chiropractic is not the analysis or treatment of conditions or disease, it is the restoration and optimization of the body's ability to function through removal of subluxation (interference in the nervous system). The body functions through the nervous system, which consist of your brain, spinal cord and nerves running throughout your entire body. As chiropractors, the doctors work with the nervous system through gentle and specific adjustments of the spine. The goal of every adjustment is to remove inference in your nervous system (subluxation) improving its ability to communicate to increase your healing potential and support your overall health, from the inside-out. Every system in your body- Digestion, Respiration, Hormonal, Immunological, Muscular, Glandular, Skeletal- is related to and controlled by the nervous system. Therefore, it is imperative every man, woman and child has a high-functioning nervous system.
True healing comes from within you, not through the chiropractic adjustments. In fact, you were innately designed to heal-regular chiropractic care supports your divine design. Over time, with improved function and healing through your nervous system, the root cause of your health concern(s) can be addressed rather than using chiropractic as a mere "Band-Aid" to make you feel better temporarily.
The doctors mainly utilize a tonal analysis called MC2 to determine where imbalance(s) reside within your nervous system. They are additionally trained in a variety of other techniques including: Diversified, Upper Cervical, Activator, and Sacro-Occiptial Technique (SOT).
Prenatal Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic care is important in all stages of life but especially during pregnancy! The goal of prenatal chiropractic care is to restore and maintain pelvic balance while reducing the amount of stress in the mother's nervous system and optimizing its function. Research has shown that regular chiropractic care during pregnancy leads to better pregnancies with more straight-forward labor, increasing positive birth outcomes for both mama and baby. Dr. Mary and Dr. Taylor are both certified in the Webster Technique-a specific certification for chiropractic care during the perinatal period- through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA).
Pediatric Chiropractic Care
One of the most common questions we receive is 'how old do you have to be to get adjusted?' Our answer is the same every time- the SOONER the BETTER! Research has indicated over 95% of babies experience birth trauma leading to upper cervical (neck) subluxation. This immediately jeopardizes the integrity of a child's nervous system function which can drastically affect their neurological development. Since 90% of a child's neurological development occurs under the age of 6, it is important for children to receive regular chiropractic care as soon as possible. The brain is able to develop to a greater potential when the nervous system is free of interference and the brain can communicate to the body (and vice versa) optimally. Regular adjustments can be the difference in changing the trajectory of your child's life.
